WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We want you to love what you order. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, return the item(s) for an exchange, refund to your original payment or a Threadless credit. All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order.

Fill out our contact for with the subject line labelled as, “Return Notice: Order #”


Indicate what you’re returning and why. Let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or Highstrain credit. In order to process your return, please include your name, email address, and order number along with the items that you’re returning. You’ll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.

If you’re asking for an exchange, we’ll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you Highstrain credit instead. If you do not want a credit, email us and we can change it out for a refund or a different item(s). If you’re asking for a refund, you’ll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do not accept washed items. If we sent you the wrong item or it is defective, contact our Help team at help@highstrain.com and we can help to replace your item.

INELIGIBLE ITEMS

Certain items, like custom-printed goods, posters and stickers, are not eligible for returns. Custom-printed items are especially made for you and your order. And because of this limited nature, we’re unable to accept returns unless proven to be damaged upon delivery.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING POLICY

We want your order to get to you as a soon as possible. Highstrain orders will be shipped to U.S locations as Standard Shipping which takes about 5 – 7 days to be received, or shipped Internationally which takes about 12 – 18 days to be received.

We strive to ship orders as soon as order has been received, but on occasion where inventory has not yet been received, the order(s) will be delayed until stock is available.
